Refund & Exchange
At Faith in Fire, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
📦 Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain items such as customized jewelry, personal items, or items on clearance are non-returnable.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at

with your order number and a clear photo of the product.
We will guide you through the exchange process.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
❌ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

🚚 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
📌 Important Notes
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items due to change of mind.
We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance.
